20 mg Abilify tablets can be prescribed for the following uses:

1)      As an increased dose for schizophrenia in adults where the recommended dose of 10-15 mg per day is not achieving desired results

2)      As an increased  dose for schizophrenia in adolescents where the recommended dose of 10 mg is not achieving desired results

3)      As an increased monotherapy (prescribed alone) dose for adults with bipolar mania where the recommended dose of 15 mg is not achieving desired results

4)      As a increased dose for bipolar mania in adult patients, adjunct (prescribed along with) to Lithium or Valproate where the recommended dosage of 15 mg per day is not effective

5)      As an increased dose for bipolar mania in pediatric patients in monotherapy (prescribed alone) or adjunct (prescribed along with) to Lithium or Valproate where the recommended dosage of 10 mg per day is not achieving desired results.
